If you’re newer to yoga and group classes feel intimidating, then private yoga sessions might be the perfect fit. When we work together, one-on-one, you’re able to move at your own pace, ask questions and grow your practice from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

If you’ve been practicing for a while and are craving more individual attention or guidance toward a specific pose, then private instruction offers just that.
