“I came to the class as a complete yoga novice, never having tried it before.  Sarah is very friendly and welcoming.  Her teaching style is encouraging and supportive and the classes are easily followed with her concise verbal cues.  New poses are broken down and explained and Sarah will ask us to try them but never pushes us to go beyond our own capabilities.  Modifications are given as options when things are just not quite right for us individually.  It is great to be able to partake in a live online yoga class with instant feedback for improvement.  My flexibility and strength have improved with the regular classes and I find the breathing techniques she teaches are useful outside of class when stress starts to build.”
